Increased accessibility + fixed missing sentence

I've added new versions of the game file to increase accessibility!
We now have a PDF that uses Atkinson Hyperlegible, a font designed specifically to increase legibility for readers with low vision, and a PDF that uses Open Dyslexic, a font designed specifically to increase legibility for readers with dyslexia.
I've also updated the Seaweed, Coral, and Text Only files to fix a sentence that was missing its back half on page 2.
